She has a degree in Classical Literature and History and has completed the master’s Degree in Archaeology and Territory and the master’s Degree in Museology and Museums. In 2016 she obtains the title of Doctor in History from the University of Granada. She is a researcher of the research group GEPRAN and has obtained pre-doctoral grants and pre- and post-doctoral research contracts. She is currently working at the University of Granada as a researcher, with the contract “grants for postdoctoral research plan own” that is being developed at the MacDonald Centre of the University of Cambridge. She has authored five monographs and around one hundred scientific publications in national and international journals, collective works and conference proceedings and has participated as a speaker in several national and international conferences. She has been awarded two research prizes, one in 2008 and the other in 2019.
