Clausuraremos el seminario y los eventos con una cata dedicada al Fondillón que rozará lo divino en el Claustro de la Concatedral de San Nicolás, dirigida por los masterwine Ferrán Centelles y Pedro Ballesteros.

El Fondillón es un vino que sintetiza historias: por su larga tradición y mitos, por su larga elaboración o la magia de la monastrell; también por la historia de quienes lo elaboran décadas en sus viejas cavas. O por la de aquellos que supieron valorar su autenticidad y valor, como los dos expertos que comparten esta cata y que lo han convertido en algo sagrado.

We will close the seminar and the events with a tasting dedicated to Fondillón that will verge on the divine in the Cloister of the Co-Cathedral of San Nicolás, led by master winemakers Ferrán Centelles and Pedro Ballesteros.

Fondillón is a wine that synthesises stories: for its long tradition and myths, for its long production or the magic of the Monastrell grape; also for the history of those who make it for decades in their old cellars. Or because of those who knew how to appreciate its authenticity and value, like the two experts who share this tasting and who have turned it into something sacred.
