Jorge A.Soler Díaz

Since 1991 he has been curator of the Prehistory in the Provincial Archaeological Museum of Alicante. Currently he is heading the Exhibition and Dissemination Unit of the MARQ. Since 2015, he has held an associate teacher of Prehistory at the University of Alicante. Among his fields of research, the study of the funerary archaeological record of the Neolithic and the Chalcolithic of the Iberian peninsula, a field of which he is the author of several books, is particularly noteworthy. He has leading the excavation of sites such as the Cova d’En Pardo, the Cova del Randero or the Cova de l’Or, among others.
