Biography

Postdoctoral Research Fellow Institut für Ur- und Frühgeschichte und Archäologie des Mittelalters University of Tübingen. My research focusses on the analysis of bioarchaeological material and the investigation of funerary patterns during the Late Neolithic and the Bronze Age in Europe. In addition, I use biochemical analysis such as stable isotope analysis applied to bone & teeth material to investigate subsistence patterns (δ13C and δ15N) and mobility patterns of prehistoric communities (87Sr/86Sr and δ18O).

Main research areas: Late European Prehistory: bioarchaeology of collective burials; subsistence patterns and human adaptations from the Late Neolithic to the Bronze Age in Europe; mobility patterns of human and animal prehistoric populations; the connections of Iberia with Central Europe, the Mediterranean and North Africa during the Late European Prehistory
