LA CENA DE LOS SIGLOS

La cena de gala del congreso se realizará en el Restaurante La Ereta y evocará algunos de las recetas más importantes de la historia a través de materias primas únicas y una carta de vinos también especial, a los pies del Castillo de Santa Bárbara y con el mar nuestro que nos une, de fondo.

El menú ha sido diseñado por el cheff Dani Frías y el maridaje de vinos lo realizará el sumiller Ferrán Centelles en base a recetas de diferentes épocas de la historia.

THE GALA DINNER OF THE CENTURIES

The gala dinner of the congress will be held at La Ereta Restaurant and will evoke some of the most important recipes of history through unique raw materials and a special wine list, at the foot of

 the Castle of Santa Barbara and with our sea that unites us, in the background. The menu has been designed by chef Dani Frías and the wine pairing will be carried out by sommelier Ferrán Centelles based on recipes from different periods in history.
