RUTA DE LAS TABERNAS ALICANTE 1510

La actividad del seminario también se trasladará al resto de la ciudad, aprovechando la capitalidad gastronómica de la ciudad durante este año, a cuyas celebraciones y argumentarios, se suma esta tradición del vino.

Se ha previsto la existencia de una “Ruta de Taberneros” que recreará la tradición de establecimientos de siglos pretéritos a través de tapas modernas creadas por los nuevos cocineros de la ciudad y maridadas con Vinos Alicante DOP durante el mes de octubre.

Una ruta actual, pero con una mirada histórica a las tabernas donde se consumía vino de Alicante. Conoceremos las tabernas alicantinas del siglo XVIII, hoy en día no existen, pero se encontraban fundamentalmente entre las calles adyacentes a la actual Plaza Gabriel Miró –antigua Plaza de las Barcas- generando un recorrido por aquellas tabernas que actualmente ofrecen vino de Alicante y señalizarlas para que puedan ser visitadas.
