El vino fue un producto trascendental en el mundo grecorromano: un alimento esencial, también un medicamento, cargado de simbolismo religioso y cultural.
La huella de su producción y consumo en la península Ibérica es profunda, aunque muchas veces no sea todo lo palpable que nos gustaría.
Analizaremos en esta charla los vestigios a
rqueológicos del vino en el mundo hispanorromano, centrándonos sobre todo en los procesos de elaboración vitivinícolas, sin olvidar su comercialización y consumo.

Wine was a transcendental product in the Greco-Roman world: an essential food, also a medicine, loaded with religious and cultural symbolism.
The trace of its production and consumption in the Iberian Peninsula is profound, although it is often not as palpable as we would like it to be.
In this talk we will analyse the archaeological remains of wine in the Hispano-Roman world, focusing above all on the processes of winemaking, without forgetting its commercialisation and consumption.
